This special seminar is designed specifically and exclusively for high school girls.  Join us as we discuss how the female cycle works, the importance of charting your cycle, how nutrition relates to your cycle, and more.  Come to learn more about yourself, ask questions you’ve always wanted to ask, and break bread in fellowship over a tasty potluck brunch!  Please invite your friends and bring a dish to share!
