Fostering a Heart for Teens is a day of youth ministry training and retreat for youth ministry volunteers throughout the Diocese of Cleveland. We welcome Paul Sifuentes this year the Executive Director of Pastoral Ministries for the Archdiocese of Indianapolis
Teams will take the Working Genius assessment prior to the retreat and training day and Paul will walk us through how to identify the strengths of our teams and work together to lead teens closer to Christ best using the natural strengths and gifts within our teams.
The 6 types of Working Genius is a new model that helps people discover their natural gifts and thrive in their work and life. When people are able to better understand the types of work that bring them more energy and fulfillment and avoid work that leads to frustration and failure, they can be more self-aware, more productive and more successful.
